Determination, vocation, and action

Alexandra V. R. Bento is a consultant and professional trainer passionate about sharing knowledge and building genuine relationships of trust.

She took the first step in her career in 1997, when her determination to enter the job market led her to exchange general secondary education for vocational studies.
In August 2000, she completed the General Banking Course of the Associação Portuguesa de Bancos, during which she completed a nine-month internship at the former Banco Mello S.A., located on Rua do Ouro in Lisbon.

Throughout her years in the financial sector, Alexandra gained solid experience in leading institutions such as Caixa Geral de Depósitos, the Santander Group, AXA Seguros, and later Banco CTT.

Between 2009 and 2018, she also worked as a manager in the field of Image & Communication, developing strong skills in graphic design and consultative sales.
Among her portfolio of clients were prestigious brands such as Lupabiológica S.A., Casino Figueira (Amorim Turismo Group), and Giovanni Gali.

In 2020, following the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, she decided to invest in her true vocation — the art of human connection and service excellence — joining the tourism and hospitality sector in the Algarve.
She worked with several renowned hotel groups, most notably as Guest Relations at MINOR Hotels and Assistant Manager at Carvoeiro Clube Group.

In July 2025, Alexandra took action and fulfilled a long-time dream by founding AVRB – Specialized Consulting.
Through this project, she shares her knowledge and experience to help individuals, families, and businesses gain the confidence to make clearer and more secure decisions.

My mission is simple: to translate knowledge and experience into results-generating processes, genuinely oriented towards people in their private lives and in their organizations, with a very human and authentic touch.
