AVRB – Specialized Consulting, hereinafter referred to simply as AVRB, respects the privacy of visitors to its website and is committed to protecting their personal data, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, as well as all other applicable Portuguese legislation.

On the AVRB website (www.avrb.pt), we only collect the personal data necessary to carry out professional activities, namely:

  • Name, phone number, and e-mail address, when the visitor fills in the contact form and/or registers for one of the published activities;

The data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Personal data collected during registration for training sessions, workshops, seminars, conferences, or events will be retained for twelve months from the date of contact or participation, unless the data subject engages in a new contact or event within that period.

Once the maximum retention period has been reached, personal data will be irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed.

Under current legislation, data subjects have the right to:

  • Access their personal data and obtain information about its processing;

  • Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • Request the deletion of data, where legally applicable;

  • Object to or request restriction of processing;

  • Request data portability;

  • Complain with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) via https://www.cnpd.pt/.
